Fast, Reliable Delivery — Straight From Our Workshop to Your Door

Every product we make is handcrafted by hand in our Glossop workshop. We take the same care with packing and shipping as we do with making — because your order deserves to arrive safely and beautifully.

Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking information once it has left our workshop.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.


Free Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50. This is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.

You can also track your order at any time via our Track My Order page.


International Delivery

We currently ship to the following countries outside the UK:

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our delivery charges. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


Delivery Partners

We work with trusted UK delivery partners including Royal Mail / DPD / Evri to ensure your order arrives safely. Our packaging is designed to protect your products during transit and to minimise environmental impact.


What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
  2. Check with neighbours or your local delivery office in case a delivery attempt was made
  3. Contact us at [hello@elementsoffragrance.shop] with your order number

We will investigate with our delivery partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [hello@elementsoffragrance.shop]. We will arrange a replacement straight away.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [hello@elementsoffragrance.shop] and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.


Click & Collect

We do not currently offer a click and collect service. All orders are dispatched from our Glossop workshop.
