All personal fragrance products sold on this website are original, handmade inspired-by formulations. They are crafted to capture the character and scent profile of well-known designer fragrances and are not counterfeit, replica, or genuine versions of any designer brand. 1.2 Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and fragrance notes are accurate. However, slight variations in scent experience may occur due to individual body chemistry and environmental factors. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.
1.3 Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you promptly to offer a suitable alternative, a delayed delivery, or a full refund.
2. Placing an Order
2.1 Order Process
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
2.2 Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order. Free delivery thresholds are displayed on the website and may be subject to change.
3.3 Payment
